How do I search for products?

Our innovative platform provides several easy ways for you to search for product:

  • "Search" button, you can see the results as you type.
  • Coming soon "Search by List" button, you can search for all items on your list at one go.
  • "QuickList” button, the list of items purchased by you in past.Just login your account edit list by Selection/Addition or deletion of items and order in a few clicks.
How do I add and remove products from my cart?

To add products, you can simple hit on the "add" button on the search pages or "add to cart" button on product page or add products through the QuickList on your account. You can increase or decrease quantities on the cart, if you no longer want the product decrease the quantity to 0 (zero). ×
How do I request for a product that is not available or out of stock?

  • Login to your account , click on Quick List, select the items you want to purchase, add some more items if you require and your new list is ready to order in just few clicks.
How does "Search by List" work? (Coming soon)

Type in a list of products and we will find them for you. Finding products with a list is really easy. Simply type in an item and hit the “Enter” button after each one. Once you've made your list, we can use it to find all the items that you want. ×

What if I missed the delivery?

If you were not available to accept the delivery we will attempt to contact you for alternate delivery instructions. If no contact is established then we will leave a note at your door with our customer contact number to reschedule the delivery. There is a fee of Rs. 30 for any rescheduled deliveries. ×
How can I reschedule my delivery?

What is the minimum delivery amount?

There is a Rs.300 minimum order amount. All deliveries are free of any delivery charge. ×
How do I add items or modify or cancel my order after it is placed?

Please call us at +91-94610795066 immediately if you would like to add, modify or cancel the order. If your order is a scheduled order, please call us or email us at within 24 hours of order time to guarantee a modification or cancellation.

In any case, we'll do our best to make the necessary changes! ×
How do I return an item I am not satisfied with?

We maintain an absolute "no questions asked" policy at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the excellence, freshness or quality of the products, please do return the necessary items to the delivery executive at the time of delivery. The delivery executive will get the items back and process the entire refund on the spot for cash on delivery payments. ×
How will I get notified of offers, promotions and discounts?

Currently schemes are placed on website so please do visit regularly to grab the same. In future we will notified the offers and schemes in your My Account section. ×
How do I get coupons?
